Hi, my name is Alan and I am a Bristol born hobbyist photographer now living in Newport, Gwent with my lovely wife and two awesome children. I studied photography over 20 years and have never thought of it as a career which is why I do it for fun.

My idea of fun when I’m not at work is taking photos for fun at gigs, events, documenting lifestyle photography for friends and friends of friends, and occasionally I get asked to take wedding photos for beer and a meal. Documentary photography is my passion - trying to get capture the essence of fun without asking people to do a thing other than to be themselves.
